Shipping and payment options
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany)
Domestic deliveries (Germany):
We charge a flat shipping fee of €5.99 per order. Shipping costs may be higher for orders of multiple items.
Delivery times
We ship exclusively via DHL and all orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days after receipt of payment with a tracking number.
- DE 2-4 working days
From this point on, the delivery time is in the hands of DHL. The stated timeframes represent averages; actual delivery times may vary slightly.
Shopify Payments
In cooperation with Shopify Payments, we offer the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Maestro
- Klarna invoice
Paypal
Just a few steps to payment:
1. Select “PayPal” as your payment method at checkout.
2. To complete the payment, you will be redirected to the PayPal website.
3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user details and initiate the payment.
If you don't have a PayPal account yet, you can create one and then confirm the payment. Setting up a PayPal account is not necessary for payment methods such as direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal, and purchase on account via PayPal.
4. You will then be redirected back to us.
Apple Pay
You can pay with Apple Pay during the order process. To do so, you must confirm the payment using the Apple Pay service on a supported Apple device and follow the verification steps. You can pay with Google Pay during the ordering process. To do so, you must confirm the payment using the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported device and follow the verification steps.
